DermaV — Vascular and Pigmented Lesion Treatment Laser System
DermaV is a high-performance solid-state laser workstation from Cynosure Lutronic, built to effectively address unwanted redness and pigmentation — in short, "red and brown" skin lesions. Two Wavelengths — A Precise Solution for Different Lesion Types
- 532 nm and 1064 nm solid-state laser technology, enabling safe and effective treatment of both superficial and deeper skin lesions.
- VSP (Variable Sequential Pulsing) technology delivers precise energy calibrated to vessel size, enhancing the effect on tissue without the need to increase overall fluence.
- ICD (Integrated Cooling Device) — an integrated cooling system that works together with VSP to modernize and improve upon the performance of older lasers.
IntelliTrak™, Cryogen Cooling, and Real-Time Temperature Monitoring
IntelliTrak™ technology ensures even, precise overlap throughout each procedure, making treatments faster and results more consistent. The built-in cryogen cooling system maximizes patient comfort, reduces downtime, and increases safety for all skin types (Fitzpatrick I–VI).
DermaV additionally features a real-time temperature sensor — an LED indicator on the handpiece and screen lets the provider easily and intuitively monitor skin temperature throughout the procedure. This helps precisely determine a safe and effective treatment endpoint for each treatment area.
