How can I pay for a purchase in the DYNASTY online store?

To pay for your purchase in the DYNASTY online store, use one of the following payment methods:

- Debit card payments:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Maestro;

- Internet banking online payments:

  • Swedbank, SEB, Luminor (Nordea), Citadele.

- By bank transfer after invoicing.

What if my payment is not accepted?

In cases where the payment has been rejected for unknown reasons, we recommend trying another payment method, but if it is not available, please contact us by e-mail Payment may not be accepted in cases where incorrect payment information is entered or when there are insufficient funds in the account to make the payment.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, write to us at Mention your order number and inform about your wish to cancel the order.

Delivery & returns

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, the address can be changed if the message about sending the order has not yet arrived in the e-mail.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery date is indicated at the time of placing the order. Note that this deadline is from when the order is processed and the item is packed for shipping. Order processing time may vary for each item, ranging from one business day to up to five weeks. If the product processing time is longer than one week (5 working days), our consultant will contact you. Deliveries are made only on working days from 9:00 - 15:00

What are the available shipping methods?

Delivery methods:

  • Omniva parcels in the Baltic countries,
  • Courier in the Baltic States (if you want to place an order with delivery in an EEA country other than the Baltic States, the delivery fee will be calculated individually. You will be contacted about delivery costs),
  • As well as picking up goods at the Dynasty store in Riga, Brīvības street 180.

In what cases is delivery free?

Delivery methods:

  • Omniva parcels in the Baltic countries,

DYNASTY provides free delivery if you receive the product in our store at Brīvības street 180, Riga, or if the total amount of the purchase exceeds 50 EUR, in this case you can receive the product in an OMNIVA package.

For purchases, the total amount of which does not exceed 50 EUR, a delivery fee of 5 EUR is determined if the delivery method is a parcel and 8+ (depending on location) EUR if the delivery method is a courier.

How can I cancel my order and get my money back?

You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order by sending the goods back. However, you must first fill out the product return and exchange form - . The product can be returned and exchanged. Products may be exchanged for other products if they are available in the online store and if:

  • the product has not been used, the product packaging has been preserved and is not damaged;
  • the buyer has the accompanying documents for the goods and the goods are complete.
  • the packaging of the hygiene product has not been opened (underwear, orthopedic products, socks and tights are added to hygiene products)

After receiving the goods, we will return the money to your account - usually this happens within 3 working days after receiving the goods in our warehouse.

If the order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded. Delivery costs are returned only if the delivery process has not yet taken place via courier or parcel. That is, if the product has not been sent out yet.
