  • Customers - natural persons - have the right to return the ordered goods within 14 days.
  • Customers - Legal entities - have the right to return the ordered goods within 7 days.
  • The packaging must be undamaged.
  • The return shipment must be accompanied by a waybill.
  • Packages of hygiene products must be unopened.
