When placing an Order in the online store www.dynasty.lv, the Buyer provides the requested information, agrees to the Terms and to the processing of the personal data provided to the extent necessary to ensure the fulfillment of the Order in accordance with the laws and regulations.

To start the Order, find the products you want to order. Get acquainted with the description of the selected product and/or service. We remind you that the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the territory of the Republic of Latvia, and it is done only on working days. Product prices

The price does not include the cost of delivery of the product. Depending on the delivery address, your order may be subject to an additional delivery fee, which will appear at checkout.

Supply of goods
We ensure the acceptance, processing and fulfillment of all orders for goods available in the Internet store, while we can provide goods deliveries ourselves and our authorized cooperation partners - goods delivery service providers (hereinafter - Courier).
Delivery is made only on the territory of Latvia. If you want to receive the product outside the territory of Latvia, please contact our consultants by writing to webshop@dynasty.lv .
We provide free delivery of goods if you receive the goods in our store at Brīvības street 180, Riga, as well as in cases when the total amount of your order exceeds 30 EUR.
For purchases whose total amount does not exceed 30 EUR, a delivery fee is applied , according to the total weight of the purchase and the delivery address. The delivery fee is calculated when placing the Order.
You can also choose delivery to your specified address or delivery to the Omniva parcel. We will send the product to the nearest Omniva package to the address you specified, according to the information available on the website of SIA Omniva ( https://www.omniva.lv/privats/adreses ). If you want to receive the product in another Omniva package, immediately after paying for the order, reply to the order confirmation e-mail or send an e-mail to webshop@dynasty.lv indicating your order number and the address of the desired package.
Deliveries are made only on working days from 9-15. When placing an order, the available delivery times must be taken into account and the delivery address must be specified where the order can be accepted within the delivery time. The delivery address must be specified accurately.
We remind you that the delivery of goods is provided in multi-apartment buildings - only up to the stairwell, in private houses - up to the front door of the house, or up to the entrance to the garden. In territories with special entry permits, oversized and heavy goods that can only be transported by car are delivered by Dinastia or a cooperation partner authorized by Dinastia only to the border of this territory. For the delivery of such goods, it is advisable to contact us in advance.
Before delivering the Goods, the Courier will inform the Buyer about the delivery.

At the time of product delivery, the Buyer must present an identity document (passport or identity card to identify the Buyer). The buyer undertakes to receive the goods personally. In cases where the Buyer cannot do it personally, but the goods are delivered to the specified address, based on the Buyer's application information, the Buyer does not have the right to file a claim against the Seller due to the delivery of goods to an unwanted person. If the Buyer has specified a recipient other than himself, then the Buyer agrees that the evidence of the signature of the specified recipient is evidence of the delivery and fulfillment of the Order by Us.

At the time of product delivery, the Buyer must present an identity document (passport or identity card to identify the Buyer). The buyer undertakes to receive the goods personally. In those cases when the Buyer cannot do it personally or the delivery address is indicated incorrectly or incompletely, as a result of which delivery is impossible. The delivery terms specified in the Terms may be extended and the Order re-delivered after the Buyer re-commits to be at the specified place and time. An additional delivery fee may be charged to the Buyer for repeat delivery of the Order.
The Buyer must accept the Goods independently. At the moment of delivery of the order, the Buyer is obliged to check its conformity and quality together with the Courier, as well as to sign the documents related to the execution of the relevant order (waybill, shipment delivery document). If the Buyer finds that the packaging of the delivered Goods is damaged (torn packaging label, damaged packaging or other external damage), the Buyer must indicate this in the delivery document (Seller's copy) or, if the order is delivered to Omniva parcel, upon detection of such inconsistencies immediately for they must be reported by writing to us at webshop@dynasty.lv so that we can contact you. Otherwise, the Goods will be deemed to have been delivered properly and without damage.
The goods are the Buyer's responsibility from the moment the Courier delivered them to the address the Buyer indicated to Us.
If delivery is delayed for any reason beyond Our control, We will contact the Buyer as soon as possible to inform them and We will take steps to minimize such delay. If We do this, We are not responsible for any delay caused by the event, but if there is a significant risk of delay, the Buyer may contact Us to cancel the order and We will provide a refund of the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods ordered, for goods that you have not received.
The delivery times available on the website are estimates and can only be used as an indication of the delivery of goods, and are calculated from the moment of receipt and processing of your order. In any case, we will deliver the goods no later than 5 five working days from the day we accept and process your order.

Exchange and return of goods. Right of withdrawal.
Each issue related to the return of orders made and delivered to the Buyer is considered separately and according to a simplified procedure.
The buyer - a natural person has the right of refusal in accordance with MK regulations no. 255 "Regulations on the distance contract". The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal regarding the goods purchased on the website www.dynasty.lv within 14 days from the moment they come into the possession of the buyer (when the goods have been delivered by a courier, a representative of Dynasty or the goods have been received in an Omniva package), by filling out the withdrawal form, which is available here . The product with a completed Cancellation form can be sent using postal or courier services, sending them to SIA Dinastija warehouse at Brīvības street 180, LV-1012, Riga, or you can come in person to return the product and fill out the Cancellation form.
Each Buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery of the order, in agreement with the Seller's representative, to exchange the goods for other goods, if such are available in the Online Store and if:
- the product has not been used, the product packaging has been preserved and is not damaged;
- The buyer has the accompanying documents for the goods and the goods are complete.
- The package of the Higen product has not been opened. (Hygiene goods include underwear, orthopedic products, socks and tights.)
When returning the product, the Buyer must follow the following rules:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (we recommend carefully opening the package in which it is located when receiving the product).
- The product must be returned in a complete package.
- When returning the product, the Seller must submit the accompanying documents (purchase documents).
- The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the terms of return of goods are not followed.
- Goods can be returned in accordance with the procedures specified by the Seller.
- The buyer must pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
- For a returned product, the money must be refunded by making a transfer to the Buyer's bank account.
- Product categories that cannot be returned to the Seller or exchanged:
a) personal hygiene products, if their packaging has been opened (toothbrush, disposable materials, orthopedic products, hygiene products, etc.);
b) underwear, socks and pantyhose, if their package is opened;
c) and other goods that are not returnable according to the current laws of the Republic of Lithuania

The contracting parties will try to resolve all disputes, which in any way relate to the use of the Website by you, or arise in connection with the execution, clarification or termination of this Distance Agreement, through mutual negotiations.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through peaceful negotiations, then any of the contracting parties has the right to refer all disputes, disagreements or claims to one of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, but the consumer is also entitled to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Center, address: K. Valdemāra iela 157, Riga , Latvia, LV – 1013.
If a dispute arises between Dinastija and the consumer regarding data protection issues of natural persons, any of the contracting parties has the right to apply to one of the courts of the Republic of Latvia, but the consumer also has the right to apply to the Data State Inspectorate, address: Blaumaņa iela 11/13-15, Rīga, Latvia , LV – 1011.
General rules
You agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire current agreement between you and Dynasty regarding your use of this Website and its content.

Irresistible power
Dynasty shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform or other failure to perform due to circumstances or impediments beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, acts of war or national emergency, terrorist threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climate anomalies, non-performance by third parties, disruptions in the Internet connection, as well as failure of computer equipment and software. In case of such force majeure circumstances, We will try to eliminate the resulting delays as soon as possible.
