  1. What personal data do we collect and the purposes of personal data processing?

Depending on the service used or cooperation, we obtain the following data below:

  • basic data or personal/customer identification data: name, surname, date of birth;
  • data related to the relationship with the Customer or information resulting from the services provided to the Customer: documents confirming the purchase of goods and related transactions, data of goods delivery, equipment repair and related equipment data, defects, visual image, customer contact information, customer applications, customer contact information: name, phone number, e-mail address;
  • data that is obtained based on the Customer's consent. Consent is valid until it is executed or revoked, whichever is sooner.

  1. For what purposes do we process personal data and what is the legal basis for processing?

  1. Who can we provide personal data to?
