Alma PrimeX

The Alma PrimeX device for non-invasive body and face contouring combines two methods—ultrasound and radiofrequency—to effectively reduce body circumference and improve skin firmness.

Core Technologies:

• Ultrasound: selectively targets fat tissue, heating adipocytes and thereby reducing their volume.
• AlmaWave RF (Radiofrequency) 40.68 MHz: provides deep and uniform tissue heating, stimulating the regeneration of collagen fibers and the formation of new collagen, making the skin firmer and more elastic.

The Alma PrimeX system is equipped with 12 specialized applicators. The system configuration is customized individually based on your clinic's specific needs and desired range of procedures.

Main Applicators:

UltraWave – fast body contouring. The combination of longitudinal and transverse waves with a large applicator plate targets and reduces stubborn fat tissue; the vacuum function improves skin contact.

UniBody – dermal heating at four depths. Unipolar RF technology combined with a rotating massage head stimulates collagen regeneration.

UniFace – facial tightening and laxity reduction. Unipolar RF with a rotating massage ring deepens dermal heating and improves blood circulation.

SpeedSculpt – targets subcutaneous fat in small areas, such as the chin area, using a 44 mm diameter sonotrode.

Coaxipolar – bipolar RF technology for effective superficial heating in thin and bony areas, with a built-in infrared thermometer for comfortable procedures.

Microplasma (Pixel RF) – a combined approach for skin surface rejuvenation, scar correction, and reduction of stretch marks.

Applicators are not included in the standard kit—the system configuration is chosen individually according to the clinic's needs.
