Usage:

The bandage should be carefully wrapped around the injured area, providing moderate compression. The bandage should not be wrapped in multiple layers, as the cooling agents must be able to evaporate for the bandage to be effective. After wrapping, the end of the bandage should be secured with the attached clamp.

The cooling effect lasts for approximately 10-15 minutes, while the reduced skin temperature at the site of application of the bandage can persist for up to 2 hours, significantly reducing pain and preventing further development of swelling. To prolong the effect of the bandage, it is possible to re-wet it, thus achieving a continuation of the cooling effect.
