The thermo element is suitable for both heat and cold therapy – by heating in a microwave oven or cooling in a freezer. It helps to relieve muscle tension, pain, inflammation, bruising, and stiff joints, and is also useful for alleviating sports injuries and menstrual pain. The element is reusable and has a pleasant, skin-friendly surface.

Size: 20x30 cm
Composition: water, glycerin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, nylon
For heat therapy: place in a microwave oven (800 W) for up to 50 seconds, then check the temperature; the total heating time must not exceed 80 seconds.
For cold therapy: place in a freezer for 2 hours before use
Caution: apply to skin for no longer than 20 min., allow at least a 20 min. break between repeated applications
