The delivery method can be chosen by specifying your address during the order placement, and the 5 nearest Omniva packages and courier will be displayed. You cannot place an order before choosing a delivery method.

Delivery is free

DYNASTY provides free shipping if:

- you receive the product in our store at 180 Brīvības street, Riga

- the total amount of the purchase exceeds 30 EUR, in this case you can receive the product in an OMNIVA package free of charge.

Paid delivery

For purchases, the total amount of which does not exceed 30 EUR, a delivery fee of 3 EUR is determined if the delivery method is a parcel and 5 EUR if the delivery method is a courier.

Delivery time

The delivery date is indicated at the time of placing the order.

Note that this deadline is from when the order is processed and the item is packed for shipping. Order processing time may vary for each item, ranging from one business day to up to five weeks. If the product processing time is longer than one week (5 working days), our consultant will contact you.

Deliveries are made only on working days from 9:00 - 15:00, local time. When placing an order, the available delivery times must be taken into account and the address where the order will be accepted within the delivery time must be specified as the delivery address.

The delivery address must be specified in detail. Additional information such as stairwell number and apartment number (if delivery to an apartment building) is required to ensure delivery on time. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the specified delivery times may be extended without prior notice and you will have to pay for organizing a new delivery.

The exact telephone number at which the customer can be called during the specified delivery times must be specified. Usually, before delivery, the courier contacts the customer by phone, making sure that the customer is at the specified address and will be able to accept the package addressed to him. If the specified telephone number is inaccurate or the customer cannot be reached at this number, the specified delivery terms may be extended without prior notice.

At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask you to present an identity document (passport, ID card or driver's license) to verify the recipient's identity, and to record the last 5 digits of this document number.

The Buyer must accept the Goods independently. At the moment of delivery of the order, the Buyer is obliged to check its conformity and quality together with the Courier, as well as to sign the documents related to the execution of the relevant order (waybill, shipment delivery document). If the Buyer finds that the packaging of the delivered Goods is damaged (torn packaging label, damaged packaging or other external damage), the Buyer must indicate this in the delivery document (in the Seller's copy) or, if the order is delivered to the Omniva parcel, upon detection of such inconsistencies immediately for they must be reported by writing to us at so that we can contact you. Otherwise, the Goods will be deemed to have been delivered properly and without damage.
