INSPIRATION
Since I have had problems with excess weight since childhood, I have always been happy for those women who have been given a beautiful body by nature. It's always taken a lot of work for me, but by changing my habits and building my life differently, I've managed to change my body and appearance. The change itself and the fact that I was able to change was my biggest inspiration and motivation to continue what I started. As you become more mature, you want to spend more time with your loved ones. They are also my source of inspiration and joy. I spend a lot of time with my daughter, she helps me manage the work in the company. I really like long walks or outings in nighttime Riga, I love our feminine conversations. She really inspires me.

COMPLEXES
Of course, being overweight was the cause of various complexes. I kept hearing retorts from my relatives that nothing can be done there - it's genes, it's normal. I didn't want to put up with it and decided to trick the genes. Now it turns out that these complexes have contributed to my growth and laid the foundations for the path of self-awareness.

LISTEN TO YOURSELF
Around the age of 30, I realized that I still didn't like the way I felt and looked. I used to follow different diets, I didn't indulge in excesses, but I wasn't completely satisfied. I remember that time when I was walking down the street and saw my contorted back in the shop window, which was constantly in pain. I decided that something had to be done about it, and I started exercising. I went to classes like work - every day, without holidays. There were even periods when I ran cross country in the morning and went to step aerobics in the evening. This routine continued for almost a decade until someone asked me if I liked what I was doing. I answered convincingly: "Of course!" I got the answer: "No, you don't like it." My first reaction was anger, but then I started to think about it. I concluded that I did everything just to avoid getting fat, without thinking about what I really need to feel good.

MOVEMENTS, WALKS, DANCING
After this revelation, I changed the type of lessons, I started to create exercise complexes for myself. I like to work out sometimes by watching videos of Hollywood celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, she has great arm exercises by the way. I don't spend a day without some physical activity. Whether it's training, long walks, or dancing, which has been my passion for the last few years. It started with the fact that I had decided to learn how to move aesthetically. I started attending dance lessons with Ieva Kemler, later she suggested to supplement them with ballet lessons. I am extremely lucky with my dance teachers, who know how to explain how movement occurs, how to achieve such plasticity, so that I can also perform it. I'm really into movement, I could go to dance class every day. Dance perfectly relaxes and clears the head. Improved memory, concentration, ability to perceive new information faster, because the muscles are simultaneously stressed during dance classes and new synapses are formed in the brain. I had vegetative dystonia in a very severe stage. I was afraid of every next day, but then it wasn't talked about yet. They told me - what are you complaining about, young woman, go and work! I realized that I can't continue like this. What is the point of life if there is no joy in it! Since I am a practicing person, I started to be guided by my feelings and look for methods that help me. I became interested in, for example, breathing exercises, but there was no one to ask for advice. Then I had to figure it out and implement it myself. Everything was based on intuition, I don't understand where I was going, but there was no way out. Books on these topics appeared later, and one of the first authors whose works came into my hands was Lule Vilma. This supplemented the knowledge gained through self-knowledge and allowed me to overcome not only dystonia, but another problem that accompanied me since childhood - stuttering.

WITH THE VEGETARIAN GENE
I have been a vegetarian for many years, and that includes fish, eggs and dairy products. My work and the environment around me is so inspiring that it is very easy to do. I read that a vegetarian gene has been discovered that can be suppressed by starting to eat meat. If you stick to a vegetarian menu, the body itself develops all the microelements that are necessary for full vitality. I was even a freshman for a couple of years, which was a colossal restart, but it had side effects that I didn't like. Since I regularly take tests, I admit that I have this vegetarian gene. Of course, this does not work for everyone, and I approach this question more from the aspect of self-discovery. However, if we want to change something in our body over the years, we should give up products containing animal proteins, lactose and gluten. At least for a while to clean up. In the daily rush, it is difficult to follow a versatile and balanced menu, so I often use the 5-pack of the product I created myself. After drinking wine, laziness, dullness and reluctance to do what one actually likes appear. I can sit with a girlfriend or a loved one without a glass of wine, it will not reduce the magic of the conversation and it will not have a negative side effect.

FACE AND ENERGETICS
I started going to the beautician at the age of 25. I didn't see any point, but I did it with the thought that it must be good. I began to see the specific importance of cosmetics and procedures only after the threshold of 40 years. Then I began to delve into what a particular cream or procedure provides. My appearance is very closely related to eating, breathing, meditation. Thanks to this, I feel good, the feeling of anxiety disappears, I don't run to emotions and I am much calmer. I remember a period of my life when there was a lot of stress at work. I look in the mirror in the morning - madness! I breathe, meditate for an hour and feel a blush creep into my cheeks and a completely different person looks at me. It is so demonstrable, I can see with my own eyes that it works! You just need to start practicing. I have studied qigong, participated in Ayurvedic practices, delved deeper, learned to understand, but I did not follow it consistently. I look at what works for me in a certain situation.
Of course, all this requires hard work, but it helps me to be able to say stop quite easily. If I decide to give up wine or coffee, I do it in one day. I like sweets, that's why we created a line of sweets without sugar in TIIR. The result is still motivating. If you see a change in your figure or an improvement in your well-being, then you want to maintain this balance. You just have to remember two things - you have to change something from time to time, because the body gets used to it, and you have to work with yourself every day! You should also think about self-harmonization and how to maintain physical and emotional balance, then the body and the rest of the appearance will adapt. To look good, you need to take care of your health. I'm not into vitamins, supplements and drugs. I haven't used anything like that for 20 years, the only exception is vitamin D3 (it's actually a hormone that initiates many beneficial chemical reactions in the body). The best medicine is food, breathing, movement and inner joy.

The pursuit of the well-being and sustainability of the senses is the basic principle of modern an-ti-age philosophy. Don't put off making decisions for tomorrow about things that cause unpleasant side effects! When we start to know ourselves, stop lying to ourselves, then we understand what is better to give up.
