REDCORD NEURAC method courses for physiotherapists

REDCORD NEURAC metodes kursi fizioterapeitiem

SIA DINASTIJA invites you to apply for NEURAC® courses, which will be held in 2021!

NEURAC® courses are designed for physiotherapists and other certified healthcare professionals. Sling therapy or NEURAC® (Neuromuscular Activation) is an innovative treatment method with standardized muscle function tests.

This method has been developed by combining therapeutic exercise with suspension therapy.

The NEURAC® method is based on recognized scientific principles and focuses on optimizing neuromuscular control in patients with musculoskeletal disorders. It is also suitable for the treatment of various neurological disorders, as well as post-surgery rehabilitation and improving the body's physical shape.

By studying NEURAC® courses you will get:

  • Pedagogical and progressive structure of how the NEURAC® method works - step by step;
  • 75% practical knowledge;
  • A detailed NEURAC® textbook, which shows exercises with descriptions and photos, which you can also use in your daily work with patients;
  • Experience stories from NEURAC® professionals who have been working with this method for more than 8 years (courses are taught only by REDCCORD NEURAC® specialists trained in Norway).
  • 24 continuing education points (TIP) for 3-day training (NEURAC® 1)
  • 16 continuing education points (TIP) for 2-day training (NEURAC® 2)

After mastering NEURAC® 1, the participant:

  • Will know various elements in the REDCORD workstation and will have acquired skills for practical use of the equipment
  • Based on an understanding of how pain affects neuromuscular control, one will know when the NEURAC® method is indicated
  • Will know the principles of Neurac testing and will be able to evaluate NEURAC® tests with a mark - will be able to detect important weak points
  • Will have mastered the skills necessary to apply the basic techniques and exercises of the NEURAC® method in the treatment of important weak points
  • Will understand that transfer to improved function is important and the 'assess-test-treat-reassess' procedure is important
  • Will understand the importance of continuing exercise in long-term care to maintain treatment results and reduce relapse.

If you have mastered NEURAC® level 1 and have practiced it for at least 6 months, gain in-depth knowledge by attending NEURAC® 2 courses:

By attending NEURAC 2 courses, you will learn:

  • Systematized NEURAC® test protocols for each part of the body;
  • New exercise modifications aimed at restoring neuromuscular control and muscle chain activity
  • Clinical rationale and treatment strategies related to NEURAC® tests
  • Advanced NEURAC® tests and treatment techniques
  • Theory of neuromuscular control of each body region, musculoskeletal dysfunctions and neurophysiology of pain
