How to use gift cards on our website

1. Purchase of a gift card : Choose the desired value of the gift card and put the gift card in the basket.
2. Gift card recipient : Enter the name and email address of the recipient of the gift card. You can also add a personal message to make the gift even more special.
3. Gift card payment : Make payment using any of our available payment methods. After payment, the gift card will be sent electronically to the specified e-mail address.
4. Use of Gift Card : The gift card recipient can use the card to make purchases in our online store. The value of the card will be applied to the total amount of the order.
5. Order payment for orders over the value of the gift card : If the order amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining part can be paid using another payment method.
6. Gift card expiration date : Check the expiration date of the gift card to ensure it is used on time. The validity period of the gift card is 12 months from the moment of purchase.
7. Return of goods and compensation : If compensation or return of goods is required, a new gift card of the appropriate amount will be issued for the order that was purchased with a gift card.
