The thermal element is suitable for both heat and cold therapy — by heating it in a microwave or cooling it in a freezer. It helps reduce muscle tension, pain, inflammation, bruises, and stiff joints, and is also useful for relieving sports injuries and menstrual pain. The element is reusable and has a pleasant, skin-friendly surface.

Size: 13x27 cm
Composition: water, glycerin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, nylon
For heat therapy: place in a microwave oven (800 W) for up to 50 sec., then check the temperature; total heating time should not exceed 80 sec.
For cold therapy: place in a freezer for 2 hours before use
Caution: apply to skin for no longer than 20 min., take at least a 20 min. break between repeated uses
