Product performance characteristics
The Memo's diagnostic area is its sole and heel. They are divided into six numbered zones with curved stripes. After wearing the Memo shoes, it is possible to access the degree of abrasion of the stripes. Insoles can be chosen to correct the problem depending on which area is worn. This abrasion can also be very valuable information for your doctor, consultant or physiotherapist. After choosing the correct insole, it is recommended that the child wears Memo shoes as often as possible. The time of using Memo depends on the age of the child and the intensity of the problem.
Diagnostic sole areas - collision level/existence of diagnostic elements
- Zone 1 – an abrasion in zone 1 means healthy legs. In this situation, Memo shoes act as a preventive measure.
- Zone 2 - Abrasion in zone 2 indicates the use of gray insoles and wearing Memo shoes. When wearing gray insoles, the abrasion continues to zone 2, so use an orange insole. If the abrasion area is still wrong, please consult your doctor.
- Zone 3 - An abrasion in zone 3 indicates the use of orange insoles and the wearing of Memo shoes. If inappropriate abrasion persists, consult your doctor.
- Zone 4 - An abrasion in Zone 4 indicates the use of orange insoles and constant wearing of Memo shoes. It is also recommended to seek medical attention as further intervention may be required.
- Zones 5 and 6 – If the abrasion occurs in zones 5 and/or 6, seek medical attention.
Intended use
The need for stabilization and correction in the following basic diseases and diagnosis of such diseases:
- asymmetry of the length of the lower limbs,
- foot asymmetry,
- other biomechanical disorders of the hip joints,
