Rosemary and green tea extracts restore skin after exposure to aggressive external environments. Opuntia extract regulates sebum secretion and reduces hyperkeratosis (excessive keratinization of the superficial skin layer).

Usage: Moisten a cotton pad with toner and gently cleanse the face.
