• SofTec Dorso is a hyperextension orthosis for stabilizing the thoracolumbar junction (L2 – TH8) and straightening the spine.
• CFK hoops (plastic hoops reinforced with carbon fibers) are placed parallel to the spine so that no direct pressure is applied to the wound area in the postoperative period.
• The straightening shoulder strap and tensioners allow high force intensity to be applied to the body without much effort from the patient. Especially frail and elderly patients can comfortably and easily put on the orthosis using finger supports.
