- Spondyloarthrosis
- Severe (pseudo)radicular back pain/severe sciatica
- Lumbar spinal canal stenosis with paresis (conservative, postoperative treatment)
- Stenoses of the lateral openings of the spinal nerves
- Significant vertebral fractures of the lumbar spine, unloading of the anterior and/or posterior facet of the vertebra
- Tumors (metastases)
- Significant degeneration/severe weakness of the spinal muscles

- Single-level/multi-level postoperative treatment (eg spondylodesis/kyphoplasty)
- Osteochondrosis
Features
- The closure of the tensioner system makes it easy to set the individual abdominal circumference and direct the forces required for the treatment.
- As indicated, the forces are directed directly to the spine using tensioners with adjustable height.
- The anatomically shaped plastic half-shell can be easily adjusted to the individual shape of the pelvis.
- The built-in aluminum hoops allow you to adjust the Spinova back cassette according to the patient's needs and indications.
- The flexible Spinova mesh material ensures an optimal fit and excellent wearing comfort.
- The double zipper system of the stomach closure allows for easy adaptation to the shape of the pelvis.
- The orthosis can be easily opened and closed using the handles on the belly button.
- Spinova's belly closure with an elastic edge ensures comfortable wearing even in a sitting position.
- The Spinova tensioner system allows the patient to put on comfortably and effortlessly
orthosis.
Type of exposure
The spine is stabilized and relieved thanks to the Spinova tensioner system and the plastic half-shell system. Movements that could harm the spine are restricted.
Multifunctional operation
- The modular structure of Spinova Immo Plus allows the implementation of controlled therapy according to an individually adjustable three-stage treatment scheme.
Stage 1: Stabilization phase
- For effective postoperative or initially conservative fixation of the segments, the orthosis is used together with the sheath.
Phase 2: The mobilization phase
- As you gradually recover, the sheath is removed to allow movement.
- The corset hoops embedded in the orthosis and the aluminum hoops in the Spinova back cassette provide the next possible level of movement by providing stabilization as indicated.
Stage 3: Active phase
- As mobility increases, aluminum hoops are removed from the back cassette.
- The corset hoops remaining in the orthosis provide external support action.
- Depending on the indications, the Spinova Immo Plus orthosis can be retrofitted with hoops at any time
