Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) has lipolytic properties and promotes the synthesis of coenzymes NAD-NADH2 and NAP-NADPH2 involved in anabolic processes, reducing the content of fat cells in tissues, and the synthesis of fatty acids in adipocytes and liver cells.
