Measuring instruction:
Determine the circumference of the lower leg at the fullest point of the calf.
Use your standard shoe size to determine your sock size. (see pictures)

How to put on trail running socks correctly?

- Pull the sock to the other side until you reach the heel area. (so that you can pull the entire foot into the sock up to the heel)

2. Pull your foot into the sock up to the heel.
3. Grab the part of the sock that is cut to the other side with both hands and pull it over the heel part to the top of the lower leg, feeling how it stretches.
