MECHANISM OF ACTION
- Stabilizing orthosis for stabilizing the carpometacarpal and metacarpophalangeal joints of the thumb.
- Limited range of motion in the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb (ensuring functionality).
FEATURES
- RhizoLoc is a stabilizing orthosis.
- Very stable due to individually adjustable aluminum stays.
- Allows setting range of motion limitations in the metacarpophalangeal joint using a thumb loop with a hook-and-loop fastener.
- Preservation of wrist mobility using a narrow strap and small swivel ring.
- Easily opened hook-and-loop fasteners facilitate putting on and taking off the stabilizing orthosis with one hand.
