The Redcord balance cushion is an air-filled cushion. It can be used in a variety of ways, as well as to increase the load during exercise. Can be used for Redcord exercises with Redcord Trainer, Redcord Mini and Redcord Axis equipment. Can also be used alone for balance exercises. Gives exercises extra load, focusing on maintaining balance.
