With the Redcord Trainer, you can train the whole body. Its unique mechanism allows you to easily adjust the height of the slings with your own body weight. By changing the height, lever arm or your position under the Redcord Trainer, you can adjust the exercises to suit your fitness level, needs and preferences.

The Redcord Home Gym kit includes standard Redcord ceiling mounts with screws (for wooden and concrete ceilings.)

If you have suspended ceilings or ceiling panels, you may need a different Redcord ceiling mounting system.
