Protection against joint overload
– the anatomically correct pad that covers the kneecap (patella) absorbs and transfers pressure from the muscles, thus protecting the tendons, ligaments and kneecap; the lateral protrusions of the pad reach the front part of the meniscus and protect it.

Bend your leg at an angle of approximately 30 0 (see picture). Measure "A" 14 cm above the center of the kneecap, measure "B" 12 cm below the center of the kneecap.
