Indications

• Irritation of the soft tissues of the knee joint, especially in gonarthrosis (chronic, post-traumatic and postoperative, base ligamentosis and tendomyopathy)
• Knee pain in case of functional instability, as a result of muscle imbalance
• Lateralization of the patella
• Recurrent accumulation of fluid in the joints

TYPES OF EXPOSURE

• During the movements, a compression/decompression effect occurs with elements similar to friction massage, which contribute to the reduction of edema and the resorption of accumulated fluid. It speeds up the healing process and reduces pain in the medial capsular ligament area.
• Stimulation of skin receptors and nerve spindles at the muscle-tendon junction supports the neuromuscular control loop. This results in muscle synchronization and activation. The medial broad muscle of the thigh (Vastus medialis) is especially stimulated.
• The patellar ligament is loose.
• The integrated correction links prevent the kneecap from slipping.
