Distal finger joint orthosis

Medical orthosis for fixation of the distal interphalangeal joint in the extension (straightened) position. Intended for stable immobilization in case of injuries and tendon injuries.

Product description

The brace provides precise fixation of the fingertip joint in extension, promoting proper healing and reducing mechanical stress on the damaged area. The lightweight design allows for comfort during daily use.

Indications

extensor tendon damage (so-called “mallet finger”);
fractures of the distal phalanx;
conditions requiring immobilization of the distal interphalangeal joint in extension.

The size is determined by the circumference of the distal interphalangeal joint (the joint between the middle and last phalanx of the finger).
