This suspension system is suitable for ceiling heights from 266cm to 327cm (dropping the Redcord Trainer from 25cm to 87cm). This is done by screwing one or more parts of the leg together (stepless adjustment).
If you need to lower it further, you will need to purchase item no. 120541 extra length, see below. You can then lower it further down to 187cm.
